Yay This is so exciting that you've book a session. I know, T&C's are boring but its also very important that we both have a clear picture on what to expect.
WHAT TO EXPECT
I capture life in all it's raw and natural beauty. I shoot only at Sunset. Or newborns are shot during the day indoors. I love that my clients trust in me to capture these moments but i also love when you come to me with a vision, don't be shy to ask for something particular you have in mind. I'm always up for something fun and different. I'm here for you!
LEADING UP TO OUR SESSION
I am here the entire time leading up to our session for any questions or advice and will assist with locations, wardrobe styling and anything you need to prepare for our session
STYLING
I provide styling advice leading up to all my sessions. My client wardrobe has a growing collection of dresses for mum, all chosen with mums in mind suitable for most sizes during or post pregnancy and breastfeeding while sticking true to my photography style and fashion. My collection of kids pieces is also forever growing and is often helpful for those last pieces missing to complete the family look. If clients choose to source part of or all the looks themselves I offer guidance the entire way and will be here to chat and help with any decisions and provide my advice on styles and colours
LOCATIONS
I have a list of preferred locations across Perth, some are seasonal and some are year round. These have all been tried and tested by me and I find they work best for my families and my style. Leading up to our session I will send these location options and we will either chose one directly from my list based off your style preference and what will be best suited for your family or if you have something more specific in mind we will discuss and I will provide further options
POSING
I like for our sessions to be as relaxed as possible. I don't like families to feel awkward and posed the entire time. But in saying this I will still give a lot of soft guidance during our session, it's often quite daunting being in front of the camera and my clients choose me and trust me for my style so I will always assist during the session to help create those beautiful moments, to guide you to those perfect angles and lighting in the most organic way possible. If your don't hear much from me while shooting well that's because there's no need for me to direct, you're doing perfect! The most important tip I have is to relax, stay close and connected with your family and be present in the moment, I've got you
POST SESSION
After your session you will receive your images via an online gallery for digital download up to 4 weeks after our session. You will receive the number of images depending on your session booked via Pixieset, these are yours to download and keep. If you receive your gallery and love what you see and want more I offer gallery upgrades
RAW IMERGY
I do NOT sell my RAW images. This is my art.
CANCELATIONS
If you cancel the session / change of date more then once it's a loss of your deposit.
If you re book in again you need to pay your 50% deposit once more.
FAQ
Can I have all the images?
To protect creative integrity, I only release edited images for your selection. RAW images can not be purchased.
Do I retouch photos?
I like to edit as natural as possible within my photography style therefore do not photoshop images however if you have woken up with a huge spot, the kids have grazed their knee at school or dad has cut himself shaving then I will remove. Generally if it won't be there in a week or two I will remove unless discussed.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, and must be paid immediately upon booking your package.
Failure to pay this deposit may result in you losing your booking & it being released to the waitlist of clients.
No shows will also be required to pay the amount in full.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes you can! I charge $10 per image or you can upgrade the entire gallery for $250
What if it Rain or We're sick?
If it sprinkles we are on still for some fun. If it pours we will have to postpone but this will only be determined within 24 hours of our session as the weather forecast can change drastically within days so I will not reschedule unless necessary. If your children are sick (just a cold is not reason enough) we will have to postpone. If I am unwell we will also have to postpone.
Can I reuse images from your site?
All images are protected by copyright, and may only be used in accordance with your contract.
This prohibits you from screenshotting images and reusing.
Clients are provided digital images to print in line with their package.

Whats the best time of day to have our session?
Outdoor sessions take place at sunrise or sunset as this gives the most beautiful natural soft light. As a mum, I know sunset during the summer months can seem difficult as it is usually past young children bed times, however one night out of routine will be worth it to capture the moments that mean the most to you.
Do you have a client wardrobe?
I have a range of beautiful dresses for women to choose from, covering maternity and golden hour shoots.
What do I wear?
Neutral earthy tones. nothing too busy. Need help? I provide assistant and direction with styling for all my sessions and have a growing collection of client wardrobe pieces available
